Moving a tank isn’t easy to yourself, that’s why we’re here to help. We’ll make sure everything is done correctly so that you don’t have to worry about a thing, front point A to B.

1. Picture of your aquarium from the front standing 8 feet away.(max size:2MB)

2. Picture of your filtration- if your tank has a sump, please include this in your picture. Generally opening the doors on your stand will accomplish this.(max size:2MB)

3. App controlled devices- please tell us which devices are app controlled and brand name as well.

4. Livestock inventory with dimensions-this allows us to bring the appropriate bags and shipping boxes.

5. Picture of access to home. We need pictures of front of home, if we are accessing aquarium from the front door. If we are entering from back, we will need pic of front and side of home. This is for pickup location as well as delivery location. If one or both locations is an apartment or condo, please include picture of parking lot.(max size:2MB)

6. Video from aquarium to door we are using to exit home. This allows us best opportunity to bring necessary equipment.(max size:10MB)

7. Stairs- if there are stairs we will need to use to access home, please include picture here. This is extremely important! Aquariums can be very heavy and stairs may necessitate different equipment or more people.(max size:2MB)

8. Closing dates-if you are selling one home and buying another, this is very important. Getting them to be the same day can be difficult. If there is a gap between the dates, we can hold your fish in our fish hotel.

9. Desired move dates-if you have a range of dates this makes this process the smoothest. If you have only one workable date, we recommend booking a month or more ahead.
